Mach 1 Air Silencer Removal

Tools Needed: 8mm socket and ratchet


Unscrew the bolt from the fender holding the air box in place.


Remove the piping from the shaker that leads to the air box. I found the best way is to just go ahead and take it off and sit it to the side.


Unlatch the air box from the mass air.


Pull the air box away from the fender and wiggle the air silencer out of place.


Pull the air silencer out of the car and set it to the side. Almost done!


Put everything back into place and you are done!

This only takes a few minutes if you don't know what you are doing. A very easy and free modification.
